You will need to register online to participate in NSO.

How to Register Online for NSO

  1. Visit pvamu.edu/pvplace and sign-in using your PVAMU Student account.
    1. If you have not set-up your student account, refer to your acceptance letter for more information.
  2. Click the purple button labeled, “Click here for PantherTracks”
  3. Click the top tab labeled “Student”
  4. Click on “Registration” located in the middle of the list.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “New Student Orientation Registration.”
  6. Register for New Student Orientation. If you cannot register for New Student Orientation:
    1. Check to ensure you have selected your tuition and fee rate, and submitted your TSI score (or been exempted).
    2. Check to ensure you are a Fall 2024 Admit. If you are a summer 2024 admit, you will need to send an email to nso@pvamu.edu and state that you are requesting NSO registration for summer.

Please note, NSO dates are available on a first come, first served basis.

Next Steps

Please record your selected NSO date. Once NSO registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation page. One week prior to your selected NSO date, you will receive detailed guidance via email regarding your New Student Orientation day.
