Greetings from Shell!

The Shell Recruitment team is looking forward to participating in campus recruiting activities this fall. While we are currently hiring fewer people than we did in the recent past, we take a long term view of recruitment and we continue to seek remarkable people to carry out the roles essential for us to meet the energy needs of the future. We will maintain our presence on campus and our efforts to bring future talent into Shell. Our strategic objective is to build a talent pipeline of high-potential graduates and interns that will make an impact in today’s society in order to meet the growing energy demands of the future. We are seeking curious students, who demonstrate an ability to absorb complex information quickly, think outside the box to propose workable solutions, and communicate effectively in a teamwork environment.

Our industry-leading Shell Graduate Program is a developmental framework that enables students to discover their strengths through hands-on roles and challenging projects, while experiencing substantial responsibilities across dynamic businesses, and building a global outlook through a diverse network of companies. Additionally, each graduate receives on-the-job coaching from a group of experienced mentors to help them achieve their full potential as Shell professionals.

We encourage students to follow us through social media channels. In addition to finding information about careers at Shell, students can learn more about our organization by obtaining instantaneous news about Shell’s latest technological advancements, presence at technical conferences, and involvement in the community.

We have attached two documents. The first outlines our application process (Apply Now Email) and the second is a list of degrees that we are seeking. We hope that you find this information helpful.
