Upcoming Event Schedule

Panthers Invent is a 48-hour intensive design competition where teams of multidisciplinary students push their innovation, creativity and communication skills. Students get the opportunity to meet and be mentored by recruiters from industry leading firms as well as PVAMU faculty. Teams will compete for monetary awards and be recognized for their innovative solutions!

Panthers Invent will be held at the Prairie View A&M University Fabrication Design Center. This competition will allow you to put your theory into practice solving real-world problems. You will be mentored by professionals from industry leading firms and interact with their recruiters. Each team will be supported by professional maker staff and have access to state-of-the-art equipment in the Fabrication Design Center. This fun filled competition will expose you to new technology, other innovative people, and real-world industry situations. By the end of the weekend, your skills in design, creativity, problem solving, and communication will reach a new level!
