In response to popular demand, there will be an open discussion of the theme and subtheme session on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. in Room 108 of the J., B. Coleman Library ( next to Jazzman Café) . This session is designed to give those who have registered their intent to write as well as those planning to register their intent to write an opportunity to gain greater clarity of the theme and sub-theme as well as to ask questions about any aspect of the contest. The best part of this type session is that it gives like-minded students a chance to meet one another and expand their circle of peers who are committed to building greater intellectual capital.
