EVENT REQUESTS-
If you would like to request the President’s attendance at, or participation in an event, please complete the
Event Participation Request Form
Be mindful that the President’s calendar fills up quickly. 
The request form should be submitted at least ONE MONTH in advance of the event.  
A staff member will follow up with you in a timely manner.

COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA REQUESTS-
Please direct media requests for the President, as well as requests for letters of support, congratulations, etc. to
Dr. Shena L Crittendon, Chief Strategist for Presidential Branding and Communications.
*Due to the large number of requests, the Office of the President is unable to accommodate requests
for personal recommendation letters for students.
