Thank you for submitting your Rule/UAP for review. A confirmation email with a copy of your submission should be sent to the email address you provided.
Please note: the compliance review process can take 4 to 12 weeks from the time of submission.
Rules Processing Time
- Reviewed by the Office of University Compliance: typically within 48 hours of receipt
- VP’s review and feedback: 2 weeks
- President review, feedback and approval: 2 weeks
- OGC/System review, feedback and approval: minimum 6 weeks
UAP Processing Time
- Reviewed by the Office of University Compliance: typically within 48 hours of receipt
- VP’s review and feedback: 2 weeks
- President review, feedback and approval: 2 weeks
Once your rule or UAP has been approved, you can expect to see it in the PVAMU Policy Library within 48 hours.
