Students, faculty, staff and visitors may pay your citation here. or with the Bursar’s office in W.R. Banks.

Where do I appeal citations?

Students, faculty and staff, may file your appeal here.   Visitors may file their appeal here.    For visitors only, we also accept appeals through email at parking@pvamu.edu.

If I do not approve of the initial appeal judgement, is there anything I can do?

If you do not agree with the decision of the appeals board, you may make a final appeal to the Director of Parking.  Contact the Parking Office at 936-261-1701 for email instructions. Visit the Appeal Procedure page for more information.

I had to park in a zone I don’t have a ePermit for to pick something up/drop something off, why was I cited?

When occupying a parking space on campus, you must register and pay for the appropriate parking zone at all times.

There is a green citation on my vehicle, why?

A green paper citation is a municipal citation issued by the University Police Department.  Parking Enforcement issues a white paper citation, which will be placed under your windshield wiper or a citation via email
