One of the murals featured in the Panther Collaboration and Innovation Commons was designed by the Prairie View A&M University student mural winner, Nancy Guerrero. She is a Senior majoring in Architecture. Her painting is yet another proof that “Prairie View Produces Productive People”.

In an interview with the CIITS media team, she had this to say when asked what her inspiration for the painting was:

My overall experience being here, at Prairie View. I wanted something people can look at … let their eyes wonder…I wanted to incorporate books because that is something important… a stepping stone because everybody is trying to get somewhere...”
