Please join the College of Nursing Monday, November 3, 2025, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the College of Nursing Auditorium located at 6436 Fannin Street Houston, Texas for our Inaugural Nursing Leadership Lecture Series title: Health Care, Education & Stakeholders: Views from Diverse Nurse Leaders.  Each semester the CON will invite Nurse Leaders to share their perspective on issues that impact the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities as well as support our vision of reducing the social determinants of health and improve health equity for all. 

The College of Nursing Fall Open House will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm in Houston. Attendees will learn about the university and its admissions requirements and receive financial aid and scholarship information. Before a tour of the facility, attendees will meet the dean, faculty, and students as they share their experiences and tidbits for a positive transition to nursing.
