Multimedia is a powerful tool to communicate with our stakeholders. We are visual communicators. Please keep in mind that creating a video or proper photography will require careful planning and dedicated financial and people. If you have an idea for a video or photoshoot, review the information below and fill out the request form. We will review your request and contact you for further discussion.

Delivery Times (based on proper planning):

  • Original Content – 2-4 weeks
  • Interviews/ PSAs – 1-2 weeks
  • Event Videos – 1-3 weeks

Campus Studio Stations

The university has developed a network of recording stations throughout campus. These individual stations are housed within certain departments and are available once we have received your request and have determined an action plan for your video.

Guidance for the Process of Video Production:

  • The more you can tell us about what you want and expect from this project in advance, the more satisfied you will be with the end product. Download the Script Template here.
  • We may need to meet with you, email you, or call you throughout the production process to ensure we keep in brand with your vision. So please be sure to look for us in your inbox.
  • Toward the end of the editing process, we will email you a draft of the video for your review. You will be given up to two opportunities to submit revisions. This is to ensure that every video project receives the same quality attention.
  • If edits are needed, you are asked to submit an email detailing all required revisions. If the project does not require modifications, you are asked to submit final approval via email. Once approved, you will be sent a link to the video file, and the video will be posted on appropriate sites. Please note: your video will not be posted until approval is received, so please be sure to check for emails from us regarding final draft approval. Our editing software is updated frequently, and waiting long periods to complete projects could result in complications with the project file.
