The Office of Human Resources will present a supervisory training for all Department Heads, Deans, Managers, Directors and Assistant/Associate Vice Presidents who supervise staff. The training sessions will cover policies, procedures and best practices of the Discipline and Dismissal Process and will include:
- Understanding the supervisory responsibilities as it pertains to the disciplinary process
- Identifying behavior warning signs
- Ways to identify disciplinary concerns
- When and how to implement the progressive discipline process
