The Office of Human Resources will present a supervisory training for all Department Heads, Deans, Managers, Directors and Assistant/Associate Vice Presidents who supervise staff.  The training sessions will cover policies, procedures and best practices of the Discipline and Dismissal Process and will include:

  • Understanding the supervisory responsibilities as it pertains to the disciplinary process
  • Identifying behavior warning signs
  • Ways to identify disciplinary concerns
  • When and how to implement the progressive discipline process
