Prairie View A&M University is dedicated to combating and preventing sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. These issues pose serious threats to the safety and well-being of our campus community members. Sexual violence inflicts profound harm on survivors and impacts the broader community, creating an environment of hostility and fear that undermines the university’s educational mission.
Our Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention (RSVP) program is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive campus for all students, faculty, and staff.

Dear Students,
With a deep commitment to fostering a safe and supportive campus environment, and as a dedicated Victim Advocate, I provide confidential support to student victims, assisting them through every step of the legal process, from filing police reports to obtaining protective orders and navigating the criminal justice system.
Beyond advocacy, I coordinate educational initiatives and awareness campaigns across campus. I organize workshops, host support groups, and lead outreach events to educate the community about sexual violence and domestic violence, aiming to cultivate a culture of respect and prevention.
Driven by compassion and expertise, I am here to empower and support all students, ensuring he/she feel heard, valued, and protected.
Sincerely,
Felicia R. Hamilton, M.S.
