A learning opportunity for prospective graduate students of color from underrepresented populations who are interested in pursing a Ph.D. in PreK-12 Educational Leadership or Higher Education.

Eligibility
- Minimum Master Degree
- Practitioner experience in education
- Interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational
- Leadership PK-12 or Higher Education
