Heirs’ property is a significant cause of land loss. In this three-part training, you’ll be able to recognize the problem, and learn to develop strategies preventing heir’s property loss. The National Policy Research Center, the Southern Risk Management Education Center and Southern Rural Development Center (SRDC) are anchor partners.
We invite you to attend this 3-part series on Oct. 30th, Nov. 13th, and Nov. 20, 2025, to understand the causes of heirs’ property and how to resolve matters related to heirs’ property, and how to avoid the occurrences of heirs’ property and potentially avoid heirs’ property related property loss.
