Professional Experience

L.S. Spencer is a clinical instructor and program co-coordinator at The Whitlowe R. Green College of Education at Prairie View A&M University. He has 16 years of teaching experience at the collegiate level at three different universities in Texas. In June 2018, he retired from public education after 36 years. During his time in public education, he was a teacher, high school principal, and human resources executive. His passion is leadership development and human resources management.

L.S. Spencer is an effective communicator with the ability to inspire others to achieve a prominent level of performance. Also, he exhibits a leadership style that is dynamic, cooperative, and collaborative. Without a doubt, his style of leadership models that of a servant leader.
