1. Complete the following Multimedia Request Form, submitting one form per video request. Once complete, click on the Submit button below.
Here are a few things to consider when conceptualizing your multimedia project:
--What is the goal of the video?
--Who is the target audience and who will see the finished product?
--On what format/delivery system will audience view the production — broadcast, website, DVD, YouTube or other?
--Where will the video be posted (i.e., website, social media, etc.)?
--Is there an example to follow (i.e., current video on website)? If so, please attach a link to this form.
--What information or impression should the bring away from this project?
--What are the key points and key information, teaching/learning points to be covered?
--What is the preferred running time of the program?
--What is your availability during the process? (You need to allow time for meetings, organizing some aspects of production and some time to be there for shooting and editing.)
Once received, the content is reviewed, a pre-production meeting will be set up to discuss details (i.e., talent, location, due date, etc.) and a production timeline will be established.
2. Once the shoot and edit process is complete, a draft will be sent to you for review and final approval. Clients will be given (2) two opportunities to submit revisions.
3. If edits are needed, the client is asked to submit an email detailing all needed revisions. If the project does not require edits, the client is asked to submit final approval via email. Once approved, the project will be sent to the client in the requested/desired format.
