Ruthie Lee-Esene, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HRPM, holds over 10 years of experience in the Human Resource industry, overseeing entire HR operations departments, supporting C-Suite professionals, and internal HR communications. She directs and provides leadership in HR strategy, best practices, policy, and training. Ms. Esene’s expertise fosters robust HR platforms, builds solid employee relations, and facilitates mediation and negotiation processes. She is proficient in multi-state staffing, talent acquisition and has developed and implemented recruiting strategies that drive significant hiring and performance initiatives. Ms. Esene’s proficiency in competitor analysis, personality assessment and implementation, and cost efficiencies contribute to the organization’s performance. She effectively designs and administers benefits and compensation plans that aid organizational effectiveness and drive key performance indicators.

 

Ms. Esene holds a B.A from the University of Texas at Dallas and an M.S in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University. She has taught the complete SHRM Learning system at Rice University and the Lamar Institute of Technology. She is excited to serve as an instructor at Prairie View A&M University with continued service as the CEO of SirvistHRC HRC LLC—a full-service HR talent management and consulting company headquartered in Sugar land, TX.

PVAMU’s SHRM Boot Camp will re-introduce SHRM concepts and exam techniques to help you complete your SHRM credential journey. During the learning journey, your subject matter expert—Ruthie Lee-Esene—will build upon the underpinning knowledge established through your experiences and studies with the aid of interactive discussion, sample test questions, and periodic progress checks. You will be able to identify and expand your strengths and pinpoint areas where you need further concentrated study in preparation for the exam.
