Prairie View A&M University’s residence life and housing services philosophy is grounded in community living and learning, exploration, self direction, development and residential life responsibility. It challenge lies in the students’ ability to successfully integrate individual and university community goals through living-learning experiences that are both educational and contributory in nature. The residential life/student housing staff serves as the primary resource for guidance in all areas of residential life, and is responsible for supporting the university’s co-curricular life mission.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation Services offers shuttles around the Prairie View A & M campus. There is a Shuttle Stop near each housing location and the most frequented Academic Buildings. It also offers a shuttle traveling off campus to designated housing locations.
