“From Uber to Bathrooms to Sanctuary Cities: Texas Public Policy in 2017 and
Beyond”
Dr. Jason Casellas, Associate Professor and Sen. Don Henderson Endowed Scholar at University of Houston, will give a lecture and answer questions regarding Texas public policy in the aftermath of the 2017 legislative session.
Dr. Casellas specializes in American politics, with specific research and teaching interests in Latino politics, legislative politics, and state and local politics. He is co-author (with Edward J. Harpham and Anthony Champagne) of Governing Texas.
