I have conducted research in dairy technology, dairy chemistry, food flavors, food preservation, and product development such as in ice creams, cheeses, and yogurts from goat milk. Additionally, I have performed research in prolonging shelf-life of foods using goat milk proteins as stabilizers. I have authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.
