With 1,946 reads (304 abstract, 974 full text html, and 668 pdf download/reads) in 2016, the article “Irrigation water requirements for seed corn and coffee under potential climate change scenarios,” published by Ali Fares, Ripenda Awal, Samira Fares, Alton Johnson, and Hector Velenzuela, was the most read article last year in the Journal of Water and Climate Change. The work studied the impact of potential future climate change scenarios on the irrigation water requirements of two major agricultural crops using the Irrigation Management System (IManSys) model.
