Collaborate with CAFNR

The College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (CAFNR) has limited funding available to assist faculty members who wish to pursue an opportunity to assist the university in fulfilling its land-grant mission. The proposals will be funded from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) capacity funding.  Funding opportunities are from one of the two capacity grants:

Agricultural Research at 1890 Land-Grant Institutions – supports agricultural research opportunities.

Agricultural Extension Programs at 1890 Institutions – assists diverse audiences, particularly those who have limited social and economic resources, by supporting practical, research-based learning and training opportunities that respond to the changing needs of the audience.
