Next Gen is a science-based teaching model that integrates a hands-on interactive approach to learning. It uses elements of the STEAM concept to increase students’ academic achievement and to solve food insecurity. NextGEN uses Gardening and Nutrition to incorporate the Stem-scope and STAAR key concepts in it teaching model, with a greater emphasis on technology.
