The Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP) professional development organization held its national conference in Branson, Mo, September 25-29, 2022, with a grand showing of Texas leaders, including Prairie View A&M University’s Marvin Young of Dallas County, serving as a voting delegate for the Texas Alpha Zeta Chapter, Alpha Zeta Chapter Vice-President of Membership & Recruitment, and Co-Leader of ESP’s Urban & Culturally Diverse Affinity Group (UCDA). Additionally, Young co-presented at two UCDA breakout sessions along with Co-Leader, Marlin Bates of Kansas.

The 2022 ESP National Conference theme was “Show Me Extension, ” a moniker borrowed from the host state of Missouri, The Show Me State. And Team Texas’ Alpha Zeta chapter showed up in grand style as they welcomed team member Daphne Richards as the incoming national president of ESP.
