PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas (Jan. 24, 2023) – Prairie View A&M University President Ruth J. Simmons kicked off the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation’s new series, Perspectives, at PVAMU Monday night. Perspectives features conversations with some of the most influential voices in the U.S., making a difference in the lives of others.
During the event, which was livestreamed via the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation LinkedIn page and PVAMU’s YouTube page, Simmons discussed with DRK CEO Jim Bildner and DRK Co-Chair Robert Steven Kaplan how education “transformed her life.”
