PVAMU Provost Search Finalists: Campus Visit and Open Forum

Prairie View A&M University’s Search Committee for the position of Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs is pleased to host three finalists for campus visits on April 2-3, 4-5, and 11-12, 2024. Besides meeting different groups during the day, each candidate has been asked to make a public presentation on his/her background, vision and strategies for enhancing Academic Affairs at PVAMU. They will address how they intend to achieve the vision guiding the PVAMU 2025-2035 Strategic Plan. As a reminder, the current draft “vision statement” is:

PVAMU will be a premier research-intensive public HBCU that serves as a national model for student success.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions in the Q&A session at the end of each presentation. For those who are unable to physically attend, live streaming will be available via Zoom. These Campus Open Forums are open to the PVAMU Community.
