Which organization(s) were you a part of at PVAMU?
- Football Team
- Criminal Justice Club
How did being a part of these organizations make your PVAMU experience better?
It made my experience amazing. Being around people with similar interests helped me feel supported and not alone. These organizations also created great opportunities, like attending the FBI Collegiate Academy event and going on trips. The club and team really enriched my time here.
What is your post-graduation plans and ultimate career goals?
I plan to commission into the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Iāve also made connections and received a verbal offer to become a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, should I choose to pursue that path. I’m excited to explore the many levels of federal law enforcement and to travel as part of the job. My ultimate career goal is to serve as a federal law enforcement officer within an investigative agency like the FBI, ATF, or DEA and to complete 20 years of service.
What did you love the most about PVAMU?
Initially, I chose PVAMU because of football and being recruited, but once I visited, it felt like home in a way other schools didnāt. The best way I can describe it is the atmosphereāitās something unique to this place. The professors and staff genuinely care about your success and are very personable. Classes are smaller, which creates a real sense of connection. Iāve had experiences here that I know wouldnāt have happened anywhere else, and Iām grateful for that.
What was your greatest achievement while attending PVAMU?
Graduating a year early and earning Magna Cum Laude honors as a student-athlete. It took a lot of discipline, effort, and time management, so Iām really proud of that accomplishment.
