In this training you will be instructed on the do’s and dont’s of Procard use. Also we will address the most common issues concerning the Procard. We will go over and show you the correct steps of reconciling your report. Our objective in this training is to help provide clarity to the Procard holders and should help eliminate the continuing issues that occur monthly. |
Who Should Attend: |
Individuals who are responsible for the use of the Procurement Card in their department. |
Location: |
Harrington Science Building, Room 101. The training room can accommodate 20 people. To reserve a seat, please e-mail Sceffers Ward or Uel Smith, stating the attendee’s name, title and name of the department at least one day before the training. |
