This two-hour training will present a brief, practical discussion of internal controls for employees and unit managers. The participant will learn the basics of implementing and maintaining an effective internal control system as well as the importance of adequate internal controls for reducing the business risk. |
Who Should Attend: |
This training is required for all department heads and other employees they deem necessary. |
Location: |
Harrington Science Building, Room 101. The training room can accommodate 20 people. To reserve a seat, please e-mail Terra Williams or Tasmina Quddus, stating the attendee’s name, title and name of the department at least one day before the training. |
