Please complete this Proposal Notification Form for any funding opportunities that you are interested in pursuing. The funding opportunities may include federal, state, regional, non-profit, private, or corporate agencies. This form will notify the proposal administrators in the Division of Research & Innovation of your intent and assist you in the proposal packet preparation and submission processes. External funding must be submitted via the Office of Sponsored Programs
Please note:
- Required: Notification of at least 15 DAYS in advance of the Sponsor Due Date is REQUIRED.
- Recommended: We highly recommend submitting the proposal notification form no less than ONE MONTH in advance of the Due Date.
- Early notification will allow more time for our staff to assist you in developing a QUALITY proposal and increase the chances for an award.
- Proposal preparation services are not guaranteed for Proposal Notifications submitted without meeting the 15-day prior notice requirement.
