  • If you choose to isolate, you will need to complete the Absence Verification/Temporary Illness Process.

  • Provide the appropriate documentation via email to studentconduct@pvamu.edu.

  • Once verified, an absence verification document will be provided to share with faculty members.

Executive COVID-19 Task Force

Prairie View A&M University administrators continue to monitor the situation and will update the campus as we navigate this situation. Additionally, the university has established an Executive COVID-19 Task Force that meets daily to discuss the institutional impact of the novel coronavirus crisis and ensure the safety and well-being of our campus community. The Executive COVID-19 Task Force also meets regularly with members of the Extended Task Force.

Executive Task Force members with immediate decision-making authority include:
