The University Tutoring Center (UTC) exists to support the academic growth and achievement of Prairie View A&M University students. To this end, the UTC leadership and staff have adopted the following Outcomes/Objectives to ensure continuous improvement the areas of:

  • The quality of services offered through the UTC
  • The usage of the available services offered by the UTC
  • The satisfaction that students have with the services offered by the UTC
  • The UTC's impact on academic achievement of students
Focus Outcome/Objective
Service Quality The UTC staff will increase continuously improve the quality of services offered by the Student Academic Support Services Department.
Service Usage The UTC staff will increase client utilization of available Academic Support Services.
Service Satisfaction Clients using Student Academic Support Services will be satisfied with and have confidence in the services rendered by the department.
Service Impact Provide students with programs and services to enhance their academic success. (Passing Rates)
