You can use the left side navigation menu to select the housing type you would like to apply for and follow the link to the appropriate property.
When the room type you selected in your application becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know an electronic lease is awaiting your review. If your desired room type is not available, you may receive a lease for the next available room type. You will have an option to sign the lease or be added to the waiting list.
If you receive a lease for a different room type than the one you selected on your application, this simply mean that it was the next best room type available because your initial selection is no longer available. You will have the option to sign that lease or be added to the waiting list for your desired property.

If you are placed on the waiting list, this mean that there is not a space available for you to be placed into. Based on the order in which your application was received, you may receive a lease if a space becomes available due to a cancellation.
Housing availability is now designated by classification. Please verify your classification via Panther Tracks by viewing your current academic standings.
University College (First Year Students – 0-29 credit hours)
University Village (First & Second Year Students – 30-59 credit hours)
University View (Juniors & Seniors – 60+ credit hours)
University Square (Juniors & Seniors – 60+ credit hours)
