All charges for permits or citations are transferred to your student Banner account for payment. After which, the information your parking portal  account will show a zero balance. Payments are handled by the Bursar’s office.

I received notice of a citation but my parking portal shows a $0.00 balance, do I owe anything?

Yes, it has been transferred to your student Banner account.

I classify as a Faculty/Staff member or a student but I am only visiting the campus, do I need to create a visitor’s account?

If you have a valid PVAMU parking permit, you may park on campus based upon your permit.  If you do not have a valid permit, access the parking portal.  If you decide to use a visitor space, you will need to create an account in the ParkMobile application.

The kiosk in the Information Center do not require an account.
