Before you start counseling services, please click the following link below to complete your initial screening documents and schedule your first appointment:

First-Time/Returning Students
Please read the below information before scheduling your appointment.
- After you click the link to schedule, please select New Student or Returning Student.
- You will need to provide your PVAMU Student ID
- New students will complete paperwork and schedule their preferred time/date for an initial consultation.
- Returning clients will complete paperwork and schedule their preferred time/date for an initial consultation.
- Electronic paperwork may take 30 minutes to complete. (You will have one hour before your link times out, at which point the process must be restarted.) Please complete paperwork between 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
- Your paperwork will be reviewed by PVAMU Student Counseling Center (SCS) staff for immediate needs. A staff member will reach out via your preferred contact information.
