MEMORANDUM
To: Spring 2026 Candidates for Graduation Who Have Not Yet Applied for Graduation
The Office of the Registrar would like to inform students of the upcoming deadline to apply for Spring 2026 graduation. Students are strongly encouraged to submit their graduation applications by Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in order to be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony.
Please note that the Conferral Only application period will begin on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Students who apply during this period will have their degrees officially conferred; however, they will not be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony. Diplomas for these students will be automatically mailed to the most current home address on file in the student information system.
Students who have not yet applied for graduation are encouraged to review their Degree Works, meet with their academic advisors, and submit their applications in a timely manner to ensure participation in commencement.
