Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) is mourning the loss of student Mr. Darius LeCompte, who passed away on September 5, 2018. LeCompte, a senior Biology major, was a native of Missouri City, Texas and a new transfer student from Texas Southern University. At the time of his death, Mr. LeCompte was an enrolled, full-time student at PVAMU.
Darius Lecompte was the only son of Nikki LeCompte’s nine children. He played baseball and football in high school and was loved by many.
