What are you doing this summer?  Why not make your summer all about business?  The PVAMU College of Business is pleased to host two summer programs for high school students.

Business Advantages for Scholastically Inclined Students (BASIS) for High School Students

The 2017 BASIS program is a week-long event designed to introduce talented high school students to the field of business and career options.  Students who are currently in grades 9th, 10th and 11th as of January 2017, with a minimum 2.80 GPA are eligible to apply. Admission is competitive and is based on the student’s academic record, and counselor recommendation and grade level.

Business Scholars Summer Program

Graduating high school seniors who have been admitted to Prairie View A&M University can get started on their college coursework and acclimated to the PVAMU campus before classes start in fall.  The Business Scholars Summer Program is a five-week academic experience designed for incoming freshman interested in taking courses toward their business degree plan.

Deadline for both programs extended to May 15, 2017.
