The Second Year Experience (SYE) at PVAMU, known as the Exploration year, is design to address sophomore needs through intentional program and service offerings as well as provide answers to those unique transitional challenges. Primarily located in University Village I&II, SYE forges community, leadership, academic support, and career development into the second year building off of the foundations set during their first year on campus.
