HOUSTON (December 16, 2019) – Prairie A&M University Professor of Community Development Tiffany Thomas won a seat on Houston’s City Council, representing District F. Thomas, who teaches at the Northwest Center for the School of Architecture, beat council staffer Van Huynh for the seat held by incumbent Steve Le, who decided last summer not to seek re-election.
