The Second Workshop of Mission-Critical Big Data Analytics (MCBDA 2017)

The second edition of the Mission-Critical Big Data Analytics workshop (MCBDA 2017) is going to take place on May 16-17, 2017 at Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, TX, USA. This two-day workshop will cover state-of-the-art research and development in big data analytics, especially for mission-critical applications. There will be a keynote speech by invited renowned speakers, and tutorial sessions with hands-on training. Research works on cutting-edge research topics in big data will be presented, plus a poster session and a demo session where students will present their works.

Registration fee is $200, including all the technical sessions, USB proceedings, workshop brochure and bag, two lunches on May 16 and 17, and a tour of the beautiful campus of Prairie View A&M University. –Registration is open: Click here

MCBDA 2017 contained 4 Keynote Speeches, 9 Invited Talks, a Demo session, a student presentation, and 3.5-hour intensive tutorial and hands-on training on Deep Learning. There was also a student poster competition and certificates and prizes were awarded to students who won 1st (Awarded the prize money of $300), 2nd (Awarded the prize money of $200), and three 3rd prizes (Awarded with prize money of $100)

The third edition of the Mission-Critical Big Data Analytics workshop (MCBDA 2018) is going to take place on May 15-16, 2018 at Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, TX, USA. This workshop will cover state-of-the-art research and development in deep learning and high-performance computing for big data analytics, especially for mission-critical applications. There will be a keynote speech by invited renowned speakers, and tutorial sessions with hands-on training. Research works on cutting-edge research topics in big data will be presented, plus a poster session and a demo session where students will present their works.
