We recognize that conversations about sexual assault can raise important questions — why someone may or may not report, what happens after a report is made, and how the Title IX process intersects with the criminal legal system. These questions matter. We want to ensure that every member of our community has clear information, understands available options, and knows where to find support. Decisions about reporting sexual misconduct are deeply personal, and members of our community benefit from knowing all the pathways and resources available to them.
