PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas (Feb. 14, 2023) – For some Prairie View A&M University Panthers, it wasn’t just about the first-class education they received during their time on “The Hill.” Many were also fortunate to meet their spouses and significant others during their careers as students.
Here are this year’s featured “Couple of Panthers” just in time for “Love Day.”
Kaylin ’20 and Wendell ’19 ’22 Harris have been married for seven months. They met in the Marching Storm band.
Safinaeli ’18 and Austin Hayward III ’15 ’17 met on “The Hill” in 2014 during Spring Fest. They have been married for two years.
One phone call turned into a beautiful 26-year marriage for our last #CoupleofPanthers, Vernice ’93 and Erika ’96 Seriale. This PVAMU alumni couple met in 1993 in the MSC.
