The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) requires that incoming college & university students show evidence of an initial bacterial meningitis vaccine or prove a booster dose during the five-year preceding. Med-Proctor Health will service and process your vaccination health documents related to your Bacterial Meningitis vaccination or booster free of charge unless you request immediate service, which will cost you a fee!

Please submit proof of your Bacterial Meningitis vaccine or booster by uploading the information using Med-Proctor, a simple 3-step process!

All incoming and new students are required to complete and submit their immunization records to medproctor.com

Students will be unable to register for classes until this requirement has been satisfied. The vaccine must be administered within the past five years and at least ten days before the first day of classes. For ALL newly admitted students and transfer students under the age of 22, documentation of the vaccination administration MUST be submitted and verified at least ten days before the first day of the first semester. The student initially enrolls at the University. Please see the deadline date for submission below:

  • Entering Summer 2024 – your vaccination must be on or before May 23, 2024
  • Entering Fall 2024 – your vaccination must be on or before August 16, 2024
