Certification and Training

The Prairie View A&M University tutoring program is certified by the National Tutoring Association. NTA is internationally respected as a training provider for tutors, trainers, and academic coaches. Professional training is an integral part of professional tutoring, coaching and staff training. It is incumbent upon everyone active in student support to stay abreast of the current methods and techniques available and to familiarize oneself with the new information that is readily available. Sharing your knowledge and expertise as a trainer is important for all of us.

We will venture to keep you posted on Training and Specialized Workshops. Check back for regular updates.
