Craving something healthy, flavorful, and fast? This 10-minute stir-fry is the perfect solution. Packed with colorful veggies, it’s a simple, satisfying meal that’s ready in no time!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned or sliced
- 1 small broccoli crown, chopped into florets
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (for extra flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice or noodles (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice your vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and onion) so they’re ready to go. This makes the stir-fry process much quicker!
- Heat the Pan: Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
- Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Toss in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add Sauce: Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir everything together for 1-2 more minutes, making sure everything is coated and heated through.
- Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir-fry on its own, or over a bed of rice or noodles for a complete meal.
