This is a test event for Trissy.

Camp Third Coast is a four-day, non-residential day camp for rising 5th-6th graders. The camp will focus on environmental science and introduce youth to the environmental justice issues in Houston and surrounding cities. Students will be challenged to think critically about environmental issues and create an action plan as a response.

Activities include field trips to Galveston, ChallengeWorks (Bryan, TX), Black United Fund of Texas Community Center (Kashmere Gardens), and more. Attached are the English, Spanish, and Instagram flyers to distribute among families, schools, friends, etc.

Program Dates: June 11-14, 2024

Time: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Ages: Rising 5th-6th grade

Cost: Free

Application Deadline: Closes when the first 30 students register.
