Enhancing the Food and Nutrition Teaching Facility

In an era when food safety and sanitation are paramount and an integral part of the curriculum in food, nutrition and dietetics, it behooves us to provide a teaching environment for students that closely mimic the principles that are being taught and instilled in these young professionals. This project aims to improve the nutrition and dietetics curriculum by upgrading the teaching and laboratory facility making it consistent with the vital, relevant academic programs and meeting programmatic teaching and safety standards.

The first phase of the renovation project has been completed. It is anticipated that renovation will start in 2009.
