This form MUST be submitted ten (10) business days (or earlier) prior to the date of the event, program, or activity.

The reservation process is as follows:

  • All Student Organizations must follow the reservation process outlined by The Office of Student Engagement by filling out the “Request to Schedule an Event/Program/Sales/Solicitation” form
    • Once this form is approved the Student Organization will need to complete the below Reservation Request Form for the Student Rec Center
  • Fill out the online reservation form and SEND
  • Schedule a walk through with Assistant Director (Murray Grant)
  • Receive quote from Recreation Department
  • Confirm reservation and finalize payment arrangement
  • Submit payment

Alcoholic beverages/drugs may not be served or consumed at the event, program, or activity. Persons requiring accommodations because of a disability may contact (936) 261-3585.

Cancellation of this event requires written notification to the Department of Recreational Sports at least 48 hours in advance. Charges and fees may still apply depending on services requested.
