Dr. McCamey is an Assistant Professor and the inaugural Associate Dean for Clinical Partnerships and Innovation at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. She is also the Founder, CEO, and President of DNPs of Color, a national organization dedicated to increasing diversity in doctoral education, clinical practice, and nursing leadership.<\/p>\n
Her work focuses on building inclusive leadership pipelines, strengthening clinical partnerships, and advancing opportunities for underrepresented nurses across the profession.<\/p>\n
Partnership with the Good Samaritan Foundation<\/strong><\/p>\n The PVAMU College of Nursing is proud to partner with the Good Samaritan Foundation (GSF), which is providing support for the 2026\u20132027 Leadership Lecture Series.<\/p>\n Founded in 1951 by Reverend Clyde Verheyden and six community leaders, the Good Samaritan Foundation has a long-standing legacy of cultivating highly skilled nurses devoted to the health and well-being of Texans.
